About this wine : 70% of the 2013 Petite Fleur Malbec matured in barrel for one year and the rest was kept in stainless steel. The nose is very floral and fresh, there are no traces of oak, nor is there spiciness, though the wine comes through as extremely aromatic. This is a massale selection of Valdeflores planted in Vista Flores in 2005 and 2006. The palate is medium-bodied, has good acidity and suppleness, but also some grip to stand up to food and a few years in bottle.
