Rating : Guide Hachette 2** (Remarkable wine) + Coup de Cœur
« Though Alain Dugoujard uses a Beaujolais-style semi-carbonic fermentation, he completely destems his grapes like in Burgundy. Its 2015 seduced our jury, with its aromas of dark fruits and cherry and its remarkably balanced palate, built on fine and very round tannins.

Vineyard rated (guide 2017) : 2**Stars (A reliable production but a little more constant and homogeneous than the previous one)

An excellent wine for people who want a light red. Very good for summer time when lightly chilled.

Bon vin, mais dominé par l'alcool. Minéral (comme son nom l'indique..). A attendre.

The Brouilly AOC has been a recognised commune appellation since 1938. Its vineyards cover around 1,300 hectares, i.e. 20% of the Beaujolais Crus area. Brouilly is the most extensive and southern of the Crus. The communes eligible for the appellation are Cercié, Saint-Lager, Charentay, Odenas, Saint-Etienne-la-Varenne and Quincié. A unique feature of the appellation is the fact that ...
