About this wine : Une cuvée plébiscitée pour son nez complexe et fin de fruits noirs et rouges (cerise), de violette et d'épices douces, prélude à une bouche charmeuse et persistante, aux tanins fins et fondus.

About the vineyard : Aux confins de la Bourgogne et du Beaujolais, ce château tire son nom du sieur Bonnet, échevin de la ville de Mâcon, qui y fit bâtir en 1630 une gentilhommière où séjourna plus tard Lamartine. Acquis par les Perrachon en 1973, le domaine compte 22 ha de vignes. Pierre-Yves Perrachon, à sa tête depuis 1988, a été rejoint en 2013 par sa fille Charlotte, œnologue. Il s'est associé en outre avec un vigneron du Mâconnais pour compléter son exploitation d'une structure de négoce, Bourgogne Sélect.

Excellent vin qui est plus sur des saveurs fauve et épicée que sur le fruit. Surprise car je m'attendais boire un beaujolais fruité et on est presque déjà sur un bourgogne type Macon mais avec un peu moins de longueur
