«  Ce domaine de 22 ha, repris en 1995, signe un vin tout simplement exceptionnel. Fruits noirs et rouges, clou de girofle, notes toastées et fumées: le nez est d'une rare complexité. Ample, ronde et grasse, solidement charpentée, la bouche est au diapason. Des notes de fruits noirs confits et de torréfaction (moka, pain grillé) s'expriment avec intensité. Un vin très prometteur, à garder trois à cinq ans et à servir sur du gibier. » (Guide Hachette des Vins 2010)

Gouté en 2012 et en 2013. C'est un un vin sombre, puissant, très bien "construit" avec un élevage à la fois marqué et pourtant subtil, sans aucune dureté (je suis personnellement un opposant farouche des vins de style "jus de chene") Un vrai plaisir et je pense, un potentiel de garde intéressant. En résumé : super rapport qualité prix.
