Le 2011 est chargé d’arômes d'épices de cèdre, de cassis, de cerise, de sous-bois et de réglisse. About the vineyard : Un médoc régulier et équilibré avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix, sur lequel veille son vigneron discret, Jean-Marc Landureau, depuis 1989.

About this wine : Mi-merlot mi-cabernet-sauvignon, le grand vin livre un bouquet franc et élégant de fruits rouges, d'épices (poivre et vanille) et de réglisse. Souple et rond en attaque, plus vif dans son développement, porté par des tanins fins et un bon boisé toasté, le palais n'est pas en reste.

About the vineyard : Jean Landureau acquiert la propriété en 1934, qu'il transforme en haras. Son fils Jean-Michel développe la culture de la vigne et porte ses raisins à la coopérative, jusqu'à l'arrivée de la troisième génération et de Jean-Marc, installé en 1990. Un domaine régulier en qualité.

Très bien fait, ce surdoué moyennement corsé est une surprise du millésime qui devrait bien se boire durant les 3-4 années à venir.

Description on ne peut plus précise d'un jour un vin. excellent rapport qualité-prix sur ce vin au nez sublime de réglisse. En bouche le boisé de l'attaque laisse place au fruit qui s'étale sur le palais pour une finale toute en épice. J'en rachèterai.
