Ce Cru Bourgeois s’ouvre sur des essences de grillé, des senteurs d’épices douceâtres, de figues et de fruits noirs bien mûrs. L’attaque en bouche est ronde, puis l’évolution est soyeuse accompagnée de tanins bien enveloppés de chair, associant volume et notes fruitées très présentes, donnant un ensemble fin, élégant et se terminant par une finale longue et très aromatique. Belle réussite pour ce 2012 !
