Il a tous les éléments que l'on attend d'un excellent Saint-Em., du velouté, une charpente tannique, du bois qui deviendra du sous-bois, de belles épices... L'étiquette dit de le garder au maximum 5 ans. A mon sens il sera seulement pleinement épanoui à ce moment.
