L'appellation Saint-Romain est une savante alchimie entre la race des Pulignys et l’énergie des Meursaults. La Perrière libère un bouquet assez fort, typé fleurs blanches, pain grillé, fruits jaunes mûrs (mirabelle, pèche de vignes) et léger miel lorsqu’il est suffisamment évolué. Une vivacité en bouche que le temps amortit en révélant un bon moelleux. Une cuvée synonyme de grand plaisir!

About the vineyard : Gilles Buisson has left his sons Franck and Frederick the management of this unavoidable property of Saint-Romain. Certified organic since 2012, they are always looking for innovations in the vineyard and the cellar, in respect of the work initiated by their grandfather, on 20 hectares under cultivation. If Saint-Romain is recognized for its whites, this estate proves that the reds are as reputed as the whites. A must-see estate, to follow closely.

About the vineyard : The sons of Gilles Buisson embody the eighth generation of this family of winemakers in Saint-Romain. Frederick, the winemaker, runs the estate with his brother since 2008. Franck, master of commerce, has taken over the commercial and administrative part since 2006. The estate, converted by children in organic farming, has a nice collection of parcels, in Saint-Romain, of course, but also in Pommard and three Cortons in grand cru. Serious work in the vineyard and in the cellar by gravity allows them to produce deep and racy wines that age well. A reliable address.
