Coming from the Trousseau variety, this Arbois reveals an intense aroma of cherry, followed by the strawberry, a bit of blackberry and a spicy character, typical from the grape variety. It will benefit from a little patience to let the complex aromas develop warm and jammy flavours of baked strawberry... A whole program !

Guide Bettane & Desseauve des Vins de France

Vineyard rated (guide 2019) : 2**Stars (A reliable production but a little more constant and homogeneous than the previous one)

About the vineyard : L'un des plus vastes domaines du Jura balaie tous les types de vins, avec une irrégularité inégale mais toujours de belle surprise.

About the vineyard :

About the vineyard : L’appellation doit beaucoup au domaine Rolet.
