About the vineyard : Moustaches effilées, voix de ténor, Eddy Oosterlinck-Bracke assouvit avec son épouse Mileine sa passion pour les grands liquoreux. Quincaillier belge dans son jeune temps, il s'est senti le devoir, dit-il, de faire du vin... L'appel du vignoble s'est concrétisé en 2001, avec 8 hectares (sur un potentiel de 22 hectares) en Coteaux-du-Layon-Faye et Anjou, le tout cultivé en biodynamie certifiée depuis 2007. Riches et complexes, les liquoreux font office de référence sur l'appellation, avec des élevages en barriques assez riches qui donnent aux vins leur étoffe et leur permettent de passer les années. Une belle adresse où s'arrêter pour compléter sa cave !
