Dry and bold, this Anjou blanc is remarkable by its freshness and its superb aromatic finesse, dominated by aromas of white fruits, marshmallow and mirabelle. Then, the oak appears at the same time as the candied apricot. On the palate, the silky texture shows right away, with a good balance between alcohol and acidity. The roundness is joined by a breeze of freshness, with a light mineral bitterness.

Gilbert & Gaillard : Guide des Meilleurs Vins Français et Internationaux

Wine rated (guide 2016) : 91/100 (Millésime 2014)

About this wine : Light gold. The nose is halfway between passion fruit and apricot with subtle mineral presence. Smooth, soft palate supported by invigorating freshness, a delicate, delicious fruit backbone and mouth-coating substance. All the assets of a top Chenin.

Vineyard rated (guide 2019) : Wines regularly rewarded (The wines of this producer are regularly rewarded by the guide)
