About the vineyard : Stéphane Breton a pris la suite de son père Jean-Marc en 2012 à la tête d'un domaine de 13,5 ha (en bio certifié) implanté sur les sols argilo-calcaires et sableux de Restigné, importante commune du Bourgueillois.

voila un très jolie flacon .du nez a la bouche on arômes de fruits rouges bien murs , l'attaque est franche avec une belle fraicheur du a une acidité bien contrôlé ensuite place au tannins bien fondus..... c'est un cuvée a boire dans les 4/5ans

une étoile parce qu'il n'y a pas de note sans étoile vin insipide, aucune profondeur bouteille défectueuse ? destination sauce au vin et encore... décu! très décu!
