L’Argelette (nom donné par les anciens) désigne le cailloux schisteux servant de socle au verger. Une cuvée complexe issue de vieux arbres et composée du maximum de variétés. Les fruits sont assemblés de la même façon chaque année : 40% amères, 40% douces et 20% acidulées, dans le souci de respecter le millésime. Un cidre vineux de bonne garde grâce à son équilibre entre matière, acidité, rondeur, ampleur et minéralité. Une cuvée taillée pour la table !

C'est bon et bien fait. le millésime, maussade, donne un cidre à boire vite, sans le supplément de tension des 2012.

Excellente bouteille. Plus fruité que le cidre brut, ce cidre reste très équilibré entre le sucre et l'acidité. Un nez très marqué et appétissant.

Cette cuvée est très bonne, indéniablement, mais je ne vois pas une différence si importante par rapport au brut "classique" qui justifie la différence de prix. Mais là encore, beaucoup de plaisir à le boire, c'est un très beau cidre de table.
