Limited production, the peary is less known by the public than the cider. It comes from the fermentation of pear juice, and part of the traditional heritage of Normandy. A great tasting value, this Poiré Authentique seduces right away. The freshness of its fruit makes it the perfect cuvée for apéritif, and will be also a good choice with sea products and goat cheeses. Authentic without a doubt !

Perry is produced mainly in the regions of Domfront and Mortain and is a part of the traditional Normandy heritage. To produce Perry, the pears undergo the same treatment as apples do for cider.
