Poiré Granit is named after the rocks where the roots of the pear tree dive into. Thus, the minerality of this cuvée is the reflection of this terroir. This character is more present on this cider, the trees being aged 200 to 300yo. A blend of the most pear varieties, with identical quantities every year to feel the identity of the vintage...

Perry is obtained by the fermentation of fresh pear juice. Although it is less well-known by the general public than cider, it is nonetheless a very enjoyable beverage. Perry is produced mainly in the regions of Domfront and Mortain and is a part of the traditional Normandy heritage. To produce Perry, the pears undergo the same treatment as apples do for cider.
