New vintage, the 2015 was rated : Guide Hachette 1* (Very Well-Made wine), Bettane & Desseauve 15,5/20
The rosé of Château Henri Bonnaud shows a light apricot colour with grey nuances. The aromatic line, particularly mineral, is fine and elegant and reveals floral notes. The palate is fresh, with a good volume, and supported by a touch of spices.

Guide Bettane & Desseauve des Vins de France

Guide Bettane & Desseauve des Vins de France

Vineyard rated (guide 2018) : 2**Stars (A reliable production but a little more constant and homogeneous than the previous one)

Vineyard rated (guide 2018) : Wines regularly rewarded (The wines of this producer are regularly rewarded by the guide)

The minuscule appellation of Palette is very near the city of Aix-en-Provence. Just a handful of producers work the 23 hectares (57 acres) of vineyards that are planted to about 25 different grape varieties and give exceptional wines. The appellation is primarily contained within the villages of Meyreuil and Tholonet but extends into a small part of the commune of Aix-en-Provence. ...
