The Condrieu Côte Bonnette is the reflection of its terroir : authentic and generous. On the nose, it shows flattering aromas of apricot and peach, but also violet and rose. The granitic soil, typical from the Northern Rhône Valley, brings freshness and balance to this cuvée.

About the vineyard : Issu d'une ancienne famille de vignerons, Jean-Claude Mouton a rejoint son père André en 1989 sur l'exploitation familiale. Aujourd'hui, c'est lui qui dirige ce petit domaine de 8 ha, dont les terrasses exposées plein sud sont au cœur du village de Condrieu.

The famous sailors who, from father to son, sailed between “Kingdom and Empire” were recruited in Condrieu. Later on, the coopers who produced the tonnage barrels used in Côte du Rhône settled in the area. In the 15th century, Condrieu wine was served at feasts and offered to noble personalities.
