This selection of organically farmed plots reflects the generosity of the Plan de Dieu terroir. The blend of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah makes a smooth and elegant wine with intense aromas of spices and notes of garrigue. On the palate, the texture is very pleasant : there is volume loaded with sun and balanced by a nice acidity. A very good organic wine !
