Ratings : Guide Hachette 2**(Remarkable wine) + Coup de Coeur, Robert Parker 89-91/100
« The 2015 Lirac Classique is a medium to full-bodied, polished Lirac that has a slightly modern feel in its black raspberry, cassis, vanilla bean and fruit tart-like aromas and flavors. It has tons of charm, notable elegance and sweet tannin, all suggesting it will drink nicely for 4-5 years. » (Wine Advocate 2016 - Robert Parker)

Le Guide Hachette des Vins

Le Guide Hachette des Vins

Wine rated (guide 2018) : 2*Coup de Coeur (Vin remarquable)
Vineyard rated (guide 2019) : Wines regularly rewarded (The wines of this producer are regularly rewarded by the guide)

Vineyard rated (guide 2019) : 3***Stars (A production of high-quality, that could be used as a reference in its area)

About the vineyard : Voila un modèle pour la région.

About the vineyard : Le château d'Aquéria a débuté son existence au XVIe siècle.

Renowned since ancient times, the wines from Lirac brought prosperity to the region. Over the centuries, the port of Roquemaure became powerful and prosperous, exporting "Côte du Rhône" wines to Paris, England and the Netherlands. The wines of Lirac were decreed an AOC in 1947. Set out in terraces and hills, the Lirac vineyards nestle on the right bank of the Rhône facing those of ...
