« Made from 100% Marsanne from the northern part of the appellation, the 2015 St Joseph Blanc has terrific richness in its tropical fruits, flower oil, white peach and orange blossom aromas and flavors. It’s medium-bodied and elegant on the palate, with terrific purity and a perfect mix of richness and freshness. It is one seriously good St Joseph Blanc to enjoy over the coming 5-6 years, if not longer. » (Wine Advocate 2016 - Robert Parker)

Wine Advocate - Robert Parker

Wine Advocate - Robert Parker

Wine rated (guide 2016) : 92/100 (Vin formidable)
Vineyard rated : Recommended (Winery recommended by the Wine Advocate - Robert Parker)

The vineyards of Saint-Joseph stretch from Chavanay south to Guilherand, covering about 50 kilometers (31 miles) along the right bank of the Rhône and extending into 23 villages in Ardèche and three in the Loire department. The light soils of schist and gneiss sit on a granite bedrock, and the vineyards mainly face south-southeast. The moderate continental climate here brings hot, dry ...
