Dans sa robe profonde rouge grenat, le rouge du Domaine Fondrèche exprime des arômes francs et nets de fruits rouges mûrs (cerise noire, mûre), de violette et d'épices boisées.  Le palais est harmonieux, entre générosité du fruit, structure soyeuse et rondeur. Un Ventoux à mi-chemin entre terroir méditerranéen et d'altitude, à croquer !

About the vineyard : Un domaine de grande qualité, tenu de main de maître par le dynamique Sébastien Vincenti. Il s’est imposé comme l’un des plus sérieux et réguliers du Ventoux. Le vignoble compte 38 hectares, conduits en agriculture biologique, dont une grande parcelle de 28 hectares autour du domaine, sur des sols de cailloutis argilo-calcaires, qui produit essentiellement des vins rouges.
