Domaine du Mas Blanc
is located south of Perpignan on the terraced lands of Banyuls and Collioure which share the same appellation area, in the Roussillon region. On these, the greatest terroirs of the appellation, Domaine du Mas Blanc is a leading representative of the two appellations, which has always stood out for the quality of its products.
Domaine du Mas Blanc is a family-owned property which respects and preserves the quality of the appellation’s wines. It contributes to upholding the tradition and modernity of the Banyuls and Collioure appellations. Today, Domaine du Mas Blanc is run by Jean-Michel Parcé, the son of the famous doctor, André Parcé, a prominent local figure who died in 1998. Guardian of the family tradition, he continues to vinify and age the wines according to the education he received. For him, the work of man, the suitability of the grape variety, and the expression of soil, are the most important things. These express the love of a wine producer for his wine which has the terroir accents so typical of Domaine du Mas Blanc.
