A wine lacking body or structure. It lacks everything, especially richness.

A fine white wine, clear, pleasing to the eye, with a very light bouquet of white flowers. Lively on the palate, with a delicate acidity. The finish is very—or perhaps too—short, which is a real shame. Best enjoyed immediately as a summer aperitif or paired with a simple white fish in court-bouillon.
