Notes: RVF 17.5/20, Robert Parker 89–90/100

Thanks to its sandy soil, full east-facing exposure, and specific aging process, it produces a charming wine with silky tannins and a deep, smooth texture...

Rated estate (2023 guide) 1*Star (Up-and-coming stars or quality winemakers producing wines of a high standard—you won’t be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)
About the estate:
Since its acquisition by the Parinet family in 2009, this vast estate has invested significant resources in revitalizing the Moulin-à-Vent appellation, much like Château des Jacques did in its day. In a modern Gamay style, with long, carefully managed aging in oak, the numerous single-vineyard cuvées express the complexity and diversity of the soils. With the 2016 vintage, the estate’s first white wines (4.5 hectares) in the Mâcon and Pouilly-Fuissé appellations were released under the name Roc des Boutires.
