" A wine that has everything it takes to appeal to the most demanding connoisseurs. The nose shows both good fruit maturity and freshness. It evokes spices, black fruits, and cedar. The palate, built on silky tannins, is full-bodied, velvety, perfectly integrated, and lingers long on the finish. (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2020) A wonderful discovery!

About wine:

A wine that has everything it takes to appeal to the most demanding connoisseurs. The nose reveals both ripe fruit and freshness. It evokes spices, black fruits, and cedar. The palate, built on silky tannins, is full-bodied, velvety, perfectly integrated, and lingers long on the finish.

About the estate:

Wine workers, then owners from 1903 onwards, the Cinquin family settled in the hamlet of Les Braves in Régnié-Durette. Paul, an amateur cycling champion and friend of the Tour de France riders, handed over the reins to the sixth generation in 1988: Franck and Anne-Virginie. Their wine list features Régnié and Morgon vintages, Beaujolais-Villages and rosés, produced from 16 hectares of vines.

A great success, a fairly powerful Beaujolais, beautiful texture, aromatic, very pleasant.
