The Juliette cuvée is a premium selection produced at Château Haut Riot. This rosé comes from a 3-hectare plot dedicated exclusively to rosé production. Thus, after a short maceration of about 3 hours, direct pressing is performed here. This technique, which is quite rare in Bordeaux for rosés, results in a beautiful, fruit-forward rosé with lovely body and a color worthy of a Provence rosé! The terroir, situated on a south-facing limestone hilltop, ensures maximum grape ripeness and top-tier quality!
