This Chablis-Les Clos is the largest and undoubtedly the most famous of the Chablis climats, situated between Valmur to the west and Blanchot to the east. A wine of great nobility, with aromas of lily of the valley, honey, and candied lemon, astonishing depth and richness, and delicate marine notes... A Grand Cru!

Rated estate (2022 guide) 2*Stars (These exceptional estates, often blessed with fabulous terroirs, are must-haves that, thanks to the consistency and excellence of their wines, deserve a place in the cellars of discerning wine lovers)
About the estate:
The estate is now led by Frédéric Drouhin, supported by his sister Véronique for the wines and his brother Philippe for the vineyards. In July 2013, it opened a wine bar in the heart of Beaune. It has found its stride and is establishing itself as a sure bet. The estate draws on a biodynamic vineyard particularly well-stocked with great white wines, in the Côte-de-Beaune as well as in Chablis (wines sold under the Drouhin-Vaudon label), including the famous Clos des Mouches.
