"A hint of caramelization in the grapes, typical of the 2010 vintage, sumptuous texture, great length, and impeccable precision in the bottling." (The Bettane & Desseauve Guide to French Wines 2012)

Il se boit merveilleusement bien tout seul, en apéritif, mais il accompagne aussi avec élégance les poissons nobles, grillés ou en sauce légère, ainsi que les beaux plateaux de fromages de Corse ou d'ailleurs.<br/>

About the estate:
An oenologist dedicated to the revival and promotion of island wines, Yves Leccia established his own estate in 2005, after managing the family business alongside his sister for some fifteen years. Today, he and his wife Sandrine run a 16-hectare vineyard on clay-limestone and schist soils in Poggio-d'Oletta. Certified organic since 2017, it is one of the pillars of the Patrimonio appellation, often noted as well for its Muscat wines.

Rated estate (2022 guide) 1*Star (Up-and-coming stars or quality winemakers producing wines of a high standard—you won’t be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)
About the estate:
Yves Leccia and his partner, Sandrine, run a vineyard located primarily on the E Croce and Partinelone plots. The entire vineyard is plowed and cultivated, and only organic fertilizers are used. The estate has been highly innovative in recent years with new wines such as O Bà, Biancu Marinu, and L'Altru Biancu. Meticulously crafted, these wines remain fine ambassadors for Corsican viticulture, but care must be taken not to overshadow their individuality: some wines, more standardized than in the past, place too much emphasis on technical precision.

Bright color, with a complex but hard-to-pin-down nose. The palate is mineral and very taut, giving it good length. The label is more than understated, but the wine is anything but!
