Bodegas Barreda
Bodegas Barreda is a family estate located in Corral de Almaguer, in the province of Tolede, Spain. The De La Barreda family produces modern-style wines, the result of extensive investment in modernization and the work of oenologist Ignacio de Miguel, winemaker Marc Gomez and viticulturist Longinos Munoz.
Bodegas Barreda owns 160 hectares at an average altitude of 700 m, divided into three distinct estates: La Dehesilla, Monte Alto and Pancierto. The climate is warm and dry continental, ideal for optimal grape ripening. The main grape varieties used are the endemic Arien, which covers 85 hectares, and Tempranillo, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, which together cover 75 hectares.
