Bodegas Barreda is a family-owned winery located in Corral de Almaguer, in the province of Toledo, Spain. The De La Barreda family produces modern-style wines, the result of significant investments in modernization and the work of winemaker Ignacio de Miguel, winemaker Marc Gomez, and viticulturist Longinos Munoz.
Bodegas Barreda owns 160 hectares located at an average altitude of 700 meters, divided into three distinct estates: La Dehesilla, Monte Alto, and Pancierto. The climate is hot and dry, ideal for optimal grape ripening. The primary grape variety used is the indigenous Arien, which covers 85 hectares, along with Tempranillo, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, which together cover 75 hectares.
