It was fermented to preserve the varietal character of Garnacha, and matured in neutral oak barrels for two winters to achieve natural wine stabilization. It's ripe and full-bodied at 14.5% alcohol, but it's balanced and shows no excess. The oak is fully integrated, and the wine is juicy, revealing fine-grained tannins and pure flavors. 3,200 bottles were produced. It was bottled in November 2020.
