Bodegas La Magdalena Vega Moragona

Vega Moragona La Magdalena is a cooperative in Castilla-La Mancha located in the southeastern part of the province of Cuenca. It was founded in 1958 by 60 local growers and now has approximately 290 members. It has a vineyard area of over 1,400 hectares, producing approximately 8,000 tons of grapes, planted with noble grape varieties such as Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Macabeo.

The terroir of the Ribera del Júcar, where the depth of the soil and the layer of pebbles covering it allow for optimal and uniform ripening of the grapes, yielding a raw material of exceptional quality for winemaking. The Vega Moragona La Magdalena winery features modern winemaking facilities, as well as a cellar housing 250 barrels. The wines are aged until they reach their optimal maturity.
