(2011 Vintage Notes)

With an intense dark ruby color, this Ribera offers a nose of cinnamon, spices, lavender, and black cherry, with great distinction. Rich, concentrated, and full-bodied, it possesses elegance and complexity, silky tannins, a solid structure, and great depth. A lovely wine worth discovering!

Tasted in August 2020. Deep color. Nose of red fruits. Smooth on the palate. Still has aging potential.

From the same producer, I prefer the Rioja; this wine is a bit rounder and has a more pronounced vanilla flavor, but it’s very pleasant and highly regarded.

You can really sense Michel ROLLAND's touch in this wine. It has a long finish, with plenty of smoothness and balance.
