This single malt develops very elegant aromas of vanilla cream, honeysuckle, Gruyère cheese, and caramel. The finish is quite delicate, emphasizing floral and herbaceous notes. The addition of Hamburg peat helps highlight the whisky’s vegetal character. The blend is composed of spirits aged between 4 and 7 years in bourbon barrels and American oak barrels that previously held maple syrup, uncolored and without additives. Yum!
