A wine worth trying if you're curious: its pale color and smoothness. Great as an aperitif; it lacks character.

Great value for the money. Not too sweet; pairs well with dishes like poultry in a sweet-and-sour sauce...

Perfect for those who want to enjoy a sweet wine but don’t care for the (excessive) sweetness of moelleux or Blanc de Gascogne wines. It’s fresh, fruity, and light with a hint of acidity… a lovely discovery. It’s recommended with foie gras; personally, I wouldn’t suggest pairing it with pan-seared foie gras, but rather with foie gras terrine.
