Aged for 8 months in oak barrels on fine lees, with regular stirring during the first few months

Nose

Powerful, concentrated, complex: acacia blossom, yellow peach, fresh hazelnut, bergamot. The overall effect is invigorating, both fresh and evocative of sweetness

Palate

A smooth attack, surprising body, and a fresh finish. The whole is characterized by a lively energy and a texture that are in constant balance. The finish is very long, with notes of blond tobacco and white fruits.
