This unique cuvée was foot-crushed, vinified without racking, and aged for 24 months in barrels. It develops a very intense bouquet with aromas of red berries that evolve into more candied notes and aromas of black olives and toasted bread. The palate is powerful and balanced, with aromas of dark berries and a slightly licorice-like finish. A return to nature, to authenticity—a return to our roots!
