“A superb, dense, and silky texture, with spicy and floral notes; beautifully subtle and refined aging, with elegant tannins on the finish.” (Le Grand Guide des Vins de France 2010 – Bettane & Desseauve). A brilliant winemaker, Rémy Pédréno distinguishes himself in Languedoc in two ways: first, by producing only local wines, and second, by ensuring they are crafted to a standard worthy of the finest vintages. Featured on the menus of many top-rated restaurants, the 2007 Roc d'Anglade red is refined and complex, with notes of flowers and aromatic plants typical of the garrigue, mild spices, and red fruits. A true delight...

Rated estate (2026 guide) 2*Stars (These exceptional estates, often boasting fabulous terroirs, are must-haves that, thanks to the consistency and excellence of their wines, deserve a place in the cellars of discerning wine lovers)
About the estate:
Rémy Pédréno has been running this 9-hectare estate in the historic Langlade region with his wife Martine since 1999. Having previously worked in the northern Rhône, notably at Domaine Rostaing, this passionate winemaker from Nîmes quickly established himself among the region’s leading producers, crafting elegant, taut, and airy wines on this marl-limestone terroir that has been renowned for centuries. Aging in large oak casks and meticulous management of the lees have taken this estate to a new level, making it an undisputed benchmark today. Jeremy Stevenson joined Martine and Rémy after gaining experience in New Zealand, Alsace, Chile, and Oregon.
