A concentrated red, opening with notes of coffee, cocoa, black cherry, and very ripe Ente plums, along with dark berries (blackberry, blackcurrant) and tapenade. Beautifully full-bodied on the palate, with hints of licorice, supported by young yet supple tannins, and a very long finish...A great Languedoc wine!

A magnificent bottle, with an exceptional aroma and a superb finish, featuring spicy notes that bring out the Syrah. A perfectly balanced wine—truly a great vintage.
