It is primarily made from old Grenache grapes—ripe and candied—along with Carignan, which adds fresh, invigorating notes. The Cabernet Sauvignon provides a solid tannic foundation to the blend. It was with this vintage that I first discovered the winery in 2007. It offers excellent value for money and is a real pleasure to drink.
