Notes: RVF 16/20
A true classic of the appellation, the Château de Tracy cuvée is a compelling example of the estate’s wine quality. We love the freshness of this 2007 Pouilly-Fumé and its beautifully defined aromas. The attack is round, highlighted by characteristic freshness and a salty finish. We find the marriage of the château’s two terroirs—the combination of Sauvignon grown on limestone and flint. A magnificent expression of the Tracy terroir!

Rated estate (2026 guide): 3 stars (High-quality production, setting the standard in its sector)

About the estate:

Under the leadership of Juliette d’Assay, Tracy has become an icon of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. Overlooking the Loire River, its vineyard is dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc, the estate’s specialty. The diverse soil types—ranging from flinty clay to marl and limestone—enable the production of several cuvées imbued with these terroirs, each a reliable choice that never disappoints. Everything is progressing, and the prestige cuvées are impressive. An estate to watch closely.
