Rated estate (2026 guide): 3 stars (High-quality production, setting the standard in its sector)
About the wine:
This cuvée, made from old vines growing on flinty soil on the Tracy hill, is truly remarkable for its intensity, perfect ripeness, and lively structure, finishing with notes of apricot and salt. It’s a beautifully crafted wine, and the extra year in the bottle has done it a world of good!
About the estate:
Under the leadership of Juliette d’Assay, Tracy has become an icon of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. Overlooking the Loire River, its vineyard is dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc, the estate’s specialty. The diverse soil types—ranging from flinty clay to marl and limestone—enable the production of several cuvées imbued with these terroirs, each a reliable choice that never disappoints. Everything is progressing, and the prestige cuvées are impressive. An estate to watch closely.

Wine rated 15/20 (Very good)
About the wine:
A beautiful, complex nose where a light hint of ripe fruit meets an intense expression of noble oak. Full-bodied richness and finesse blend perfectly to create a well-balanced palate. The subtle oak structure, still slightly perceptible, will quickly integrate thanks to the quality of the wine.

A unique aroma and flavor! Very "grapefruit-y," which isn't necessarily to everyone's taste. Tasted with smoked salmon.
