A talented winemaker in Crozes-Hermitage, Alain Graillot has teamed up with Jacques Poulin, a Bordeaux oenologist based in Morocco at the Ouleb Thaleb estate, to produce Tandem, a very distinctive Syrah wine that is ripe, with lots of fruit and pepper, concentrated yet supple, refined with a lovely freshness... Don't wait to try it with couscous!

About wine:

Sweet and dark fruit, a hint of rubber on the nose. Full-bodied, fresh, with sweet/bitter aromas. Firm and mellow, clearly the result of a warm climate but well crafted to maintain freshness. Distinctive.

A lovely, sunny Syrah, perfect with a tagine!
