Fontcreuse Castle
Château de Fontcreuse, an elegant building completed in 1700, is owned by Jean-François Brando.

The Château de Fontcreuse estate covers 28 hectares at the foot of the Couronne de Charlemagne, on clayey, calcareous, stony Cretaceous soils facing northeast-northwest. This north-facing exposure is one of the essential conditions for producing small quantities of high-quality white wine. The vines are cultivated using traditional methods: tilling the soil, debudding in the spring, and green harvesting in July to control yields, which rarely exceed 40 hectoliters per hectare. The grapes are harvested by hand and the work in the cellar is carried out with the utmost care.

Château de Fontcreuse uses the most modern winemaking techniques to produce very high-quality wines. With passion, Fontcreuse combines its terroir and tradition with perfect respect for the progress of yesterday to implement the progress of today, which will be the tradition of tomorrow.
