The 2010 vintage received the following ratings: RVF 16/20, Gault Millau 14/20, Guide Hachette 1* (Very successful wine)
A rosé in all its glory! A delicate, pale color; a complex, minty, and mineral nose with notes of citrus and spices; a rich, full-bodied attack on the palate; and a long, refined finish with hints of pepper and licorice. A rosé for fine dining!

Bettane & Desseauve

Rated estate (2020 guide): 2 stars (A solid, recommendable wine, though slightly more consistent and uniform than the previous vintage)

About the estate:

This is one of the most famous estates in Provence. It belongs to the Combard family, who manage this 85-hectare vineyard, 30 hectares of which are leased. The vines, located along the coast on schist soil, have been cultivated using organic methods since 1979. Steps are currently underway to transition the entire estate to biodynamic farming. We applaud this commitment, which is no small feat for an estate of this size. While the wines are among Provence’s most reliable offerings, the family also goes the extra mile in welcoming visitors and, during the sunny days of the season, offers a cultural program well worth the visit.
