Finally, his latest project, Heller Vins, is a way to step into a new role and give free rein to his ideas, going beyond simply trading in wine. Quentin Heller envisioned this new venture as a laboratory of ideas, an outlet, and a space of total freedom.“Heller isn’t just about putting a name on a bottle; it’s above all about offering producers access to a laboratory of ideas—dedicated to creativity, to unique and enriching collaborations, and to following the heart’s impulses—without fear of risk, as we push our limits.”

The very first series of this project is called “Anarchy”: “The Anarchy range certainly represents my boldness and my spirit, driven by pleasure and freedom. This translates into assertive yet fresh, sulfur-free wines. Grenache and Syrah are harvested from a carefully selected plot that offers a raw expression of the terroir and the varietal’s unique characteristics. Often confused with Chaos, Anarchy is, in fact, the liberation of human beings from all forms of domination while respecting the earth and one another.”
