Quentin Heller, who is passionate about wine and meeting winemakers, has a wealth of experience under his belt. After successfully changing careers and earning a master’s degree in viticulture and oenology, he served as export director for a dynamic Rhône wine brand. In 2018, he founded his own company, Adionis, a wine and spirits sales agency representing over 70 estates in France and abroad.

Finally, his latest project, Heller Vins, is a way to step into a new role and give free rein to his ideas, going beyond simple wine trading. Quentin Heller envisioned this new venture as a laboratory of ideas, an outlet, and a space of total freedom.“Heller isn’t just about putting a name on a bottle, but above all about offering producers access to a laboratory of ideas, dedicated to creativity, to unique and enriching collaborations, to following one’s heart, without fear of risk, by pushing our limits.”

The very first series of this project is called "Anarchy": “The Anarchy range certainly represents my boldness and my spirit, animated by pleasure and freedom. This translates into assertive yet fresh, sulfur-free wines. Grenache and Syrah are harvested from a selected plot that offers a raw expression of the terroir and the varietal characteristics. Often confused with Chaos, Anarchy is, in fact, the liberation of human beings from all forms of domination while respecting the earth and others.”
