Finally, his latest project, Heller Vins, is a way to step outside the box and give free rein to his ideas, going beyond the simple business of wine trading. Quentin Heller envisioned this new venture as a think tank, an outlet, and a space of total freedom.“Heller isn’t just about putting a name on a bottle; above all, it’s about offering producers access to a think tank dedicated to creativity, to unique and enriching collaborations, and to following one’s heart—without fear of taking risks, as we push our boundaries.”

The very first series of this project is called “Anarchy”: “The Anarchy range certainly embodies my boldness and my spirit, driven by pleasure and freedom. This translates into assertive yet fresh, sulfur-free wines. Grenache and Syrah are harvested from a carefully selected plot that offers a raw expression of the terroir and the varietal’s unique characteristics. Often confused with Chaos, Anarchy is, in fact, the liberation of human beings from all forms of domination while respecting the earth and one another.”
