“A vintage worth the detour”

The estate’s latest release, the Sans Sulfite cuvée, is a pure delight! Built around old Carignan and Grenache vines, its nose is delicate and subtle, with aromas of red berries and rose petals. On the palate, it is rich and smooth, with lovely fresh juice and a beautiful body.

About the estate:

Located at the foot of the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce sanctuary in Rochefort-du-Gard, not far from the ancient marshes drained by monks in the Middle Ages, this estate—founded in 1994 through the merger of three small vineyards—has consistently delivered high-quality wines. Taking over from their parents Jean-Pierre and Dominique, Romain Dubois and his wife Laure, now the sole owners of the estate, have built a new cellar and converted the 20 hectares of vineyards to organic farming. A (very) safe bet.
