Domaine La Florane

La Florane is a family estate located in Visan, in the Papes enclave (Vaucluse), on a south-facing valley at an altitude of 250 to 400 meters. A true enclosed vineyard, the vines are surrounded by lush Provençal nature: truffle oaks, olive trees, broom. After 20 years of winemaking at the cooperative winery, 2001 marked a turning point in the life of La Florane, under the impetus of Adrien and Françoise Fabre, who decided to produce wines under their own name. 

A new winery was built on three levels, partly underground, in order to work with respect for the grapes, the wine, and the environment. 

The vineyard covers 24 hectares for La Florane in Visan, including 14.5 hectares in Saint-Maurice, the Domaine de l'Échevin. The vineyard is certified organic and Demeter for biodynamic farming.
