Domaine La Florane

La Florane is a family-owned estate located in Visan, in the Enclave des Papes region (Vaucluse), in a south-facing valley at an elevation of 250 to 400 meters. A true natural enclave, the vineyards are surrounded by lush Provençal vegetation: truffle oaks, olive trees, and broom. After 20 years of winemaking at the cooperative winery, 2001 marked a turning point in the history of La Florane, driven by Adrien and Françoise Fabre, who decided to produce wines under their own label. 

A new winery was built on three levels, partly underground, to ensure winemaking practices that respect the grapes, the wine, and the environment. 

The vineyard spans 24 hectares for La Florane in Visan, and also includes 14.5 hectares in Saint-Maurice, the Domaine de l’Échevin. The vineyard is certified organic and Demeter for its biodynamic practices.
