Located in Orange on the legendary terroir of Châteauneuf-du-Pape's rounded pebbles, the Marcoux estate The 18 hectares of vineyards were managed until 2019 by the Armenier sisters, Catherine and Sophie, one in the vineyard and the other in the cellar. Today, Catherine has retired, and Sophie Armenier continues the adventure with her family alongside her son Vincent Estevenin, who has been with the estate since 2014.
Committed to certified organic farming since 1991, the Marcoux estate follows the principles of biodynamics by applying biodynamic preparations (horn manure, silica, manure compost, herbal teas, etc.). This wise choice allows the wines to express the full richness of an exceptional terroir year after year.
