Perrin & Fils - Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Sinards 2009

Perrin & Fils - Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Sinards 2009

Rating: Robert Parker 89/100, Bettane & Desseauve 16.5/20, RVF 16/20, Gault Millau 15.5/20, Sélection Guide Hachette
“The nose, intense and complex, blends floral and spicy notes. The fruit blossoms on the palate, within a supple and elegant structure, marked on the finish by hints of licorice and a pleasant return of spices. Already harmonious, this wine is ready to pair with a rib of beef right now.” (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2012)

About the estate:

Over the past 15 years, the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel has expanded by acquiring estates in the southern Rhône Valley. This strategy has proven successful both in the Luberon, with La Vieille Ferme, and in the other terroirs featured here. Their mastery of fermentation and appropriate aging techniques have played a major role in this success.
