The Compostelle Rosé is undoubtedly the estate’s gourmet rosé, as delightful and refreshing with delicate dishes as it is when enjoyed on its own to savor its bouquet of wild red berries (wild strawberries, raspberries) and white flowers. These notes are largely due to the co-fermentation of red and white grapes (10%). On the palate, it is refreshingly crisp with citrus notes and floral aromas. A lovely table rosé, without a doubt!

About the estate:
“Luc Baudet had the audacity to settle in this region, which is still heavily influenced by the cooperative. With a deep attachment to the Costières de Nîmes, he made his home at Mas Neuf. The richness of the terroirs allows him to offer three types of cuvée: Rhône Paradox, focused on the freshness and purity of the fruit; Compostelle, the result of careful selection from old vines, as well as grapes from the best plots. And finally Armonio, born from a collaboration with Louis Mitjavile (Tertre Roteboeuf, in Saint-Emilion, notably).”
